How to schedule "The Hop"
HKY-CLT HOP - Locate the departure time of your flight from Charlotte.
Choose a HOP departure time from Hickory at least 2.5 hours before your
departure time to allow for the trip, check in, and security.

CLT-HKY HOP - Locate the arrival time of your flight to Charlotte.
Choose a Hop departure from Charlotte no closer than 1 hour from your scheduled arrival time to allow for baggage pick up.

Depending on other reservations, we can also schedule special times. We can leave as early at 4:00 am, pick up until midnight, and schedule other times if possible.

Make a Reservation !!!
Call our reservation line during the week at 828/327-2340 or after hours and on weekends at 828/312-0488. You can also make a reservation online by sending an e-mail to reservations@hickoryhop.com. If e-mailing a reservation please include 1) name, 2) cell phone number, 3) flight information, 4) dates of travel, 5) credit card information.

Cancellation Policy
The Hickory Hop will give full refunds for cancellations received 24 hours
or greater in advance of reservation time. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 24 hours of reservation. Rescheduling within 24 hours of reservation is available at an additional cost of $10.

There is no additional cost for changing "HOP" pick up times at the Charlotte Airport due to airline delays.
